Avoid Technics by any means. Terrible customer service.
I bought earbuds directly from their web site, after a month one earbud misfunctioned.
Called them, mail them, tried to chat with them.
Couldn't reach anybody.
I don't think I have wasted around $200 just like that for anything in my life.

If it is within a month, you can usually use the purchase protection plan that comes with many credit cards.

That being said, this isn't a SD. The higher end AZ100 has been this price or less several times. Ok that pair, the 3x multipoint pairing is VERY useful if you constantly switch between car and headset Bluetooth for business calls.

I bought these months ago and barely use them. They sound great but are so big and clunky that they always fall out regardless of the ear plug sizing I choose. I almost lost them into street gutters, kitchen drain, toilet, into my soup, etc. They keep falling out at the gym onto the gross floor and then I am hesitant to put them back into my ears. I cannot even lay in bed with them staying in place and they disable themselves if both are not in my ear so I cannot even use them with just one earbud in. Just bad design for real usage.
