I bought 3 Samsung buds4 pro used like new for $130.
Two had very obvious signs of use.
One pair had a bud that is chipped on the stem and has scratches all over the case (and the anc in the chipped bud doesn't work). Another has deeper grooves on the case. Only one looks somewhat new.
Just received them yesterday and likely going to send back the first two because that's not what I bought...

Amazon lists resell items in both categories, so just wondering how you have such direct knowledge of the condition which directly contradicts Amazon's stated condition.
FWIW, Amazon I have tired buying quite a few new / open box / used etc items from Amazon and they clearly take ZERO EFFORT checking condition or contents. Experiences wildly vary but some notable mentions:
-entirely wrong item in the box, clearly a customer did a swap on a return (returned a non-touch screen monitor in a touch screen monitor box)
-FOUR back to back roof racks for my SUV were received completely and totally broken, all had customer return labels still attached to the box. One even had a note from the prior customer explaining why they were returning...because it was broken. Yet Amazon described these from "new open box" to "used like new."
-Received a portable AC unit missing every accessory (hoses, fittings, etc) but the overall AC still had all the blue tape covering it so clearly wasn't even plugged in.
But hey, if you want to make wild assumptions based on conditions, which also directly contradicts Amazon's stated condition...you do you.
All that being said, Amazon returns are easy enough if you aren't satisfied with condition. Still a pain driving to a UPS store though.
I only do cookware for ULN to replace things where the main component breaks but I still have the basket or pot.
