You have to chat online with CSR from Target to manually apply the 20% Toy coupon. Also If you have the Target card paying with that will give you an additional 5% for a total of 25% off. I did not have the Target card but did have an additional 10% on one in-store or online purchase in my account. I paid with a credit card that gives 2% cashback and used a cashback site that gave 0.1 cash back for a total discount of 32.1%.
