Lots of people are sensitive to a lot of ingredients or "chemicals". Does that make them bad for you? Being a "natural" ingredient doesn't always make them good for you the same way artificial ingredients aren't all bad for you. Sucralose has never once given me the runs or stomach pains. Does that mean it will work for everyone? No of course not.
But if sucralose scares you because it's a chemical, go eat some poisonous mushrooms instead. Those aren't chemicals, so you should be fine.
