i can't remember; didn't someone link to a king Arthur bread forum that recommended the https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/...ad-machine over this model for making sourdough bread?

EDIT: Here it is: https://www.reddit.com/r/BreadMac..._virtuoso/

So the model that costs twice as much is better? Is that really the point?

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I've had this unit since Covid. I know it's pricey but if you can somehow afford this, don't blink, just get it. I have fresh bread on-demand of my own recipes at least 2x a week, only a handful of fresh ingredients (not like the 20+ ingredients in grocery store bread to keep it soft and shelf stable). And the taste is amazing. You won't regret it.

i'm just about 'fed' up with what is passed off as bread in the grocery stores. i know i spend $300 a year on store bought bread. i'm fairly tempted.
