thank you for this OP! i'm about half way on my previous order and this stuff is pretty good. I was hoping this would come back. It's cheap enough to protoype and it prints great. I do dry it at 70C for 7-8 hours just in case. No issues.

i'm printing something right now and prusaslicer says it's reaching 188mm/sec for this particular print with a .4mm high flow nozzle, .25mm layer height and its perfect. My max volumetric speed is at 21. I've had issues if i print too fast on like the speed setting, but I stick with balanced and had no issues.

That's been my experience as well. I really hated it until I calibrated it on my printer, orca slicer didn't have the profile for it. I think default Flashforge was what I based of. Printed a few posable characters that requires petg it's been great.

That's correct - I use hairspray because I'm lazy and a print some PLA (esp for supports) on the same bed, and PLA tends to leave behind a hard-to-remove residue which prevents bonding by PETg. For those with better bed discipline and cleaning, it works perfectly well with untreated PEI plates. Good catch!

I would guess if you are going through 10kg in a couple of days you are using it for a business. But for the average person who needs 10kg of PETG black.
