I got a pair, see what happens, they are slow and basic (20mph allegedly), but the 15ah battery if actual capacity makes up for it a bit. Will report back if I actually get around to it.

The UPlee GS3 is a compact folding 14 inch e bike that stands out for low price and easy storage, with the folded bike fitting in a sedan trunk or back seat. The 15Ah version is reported to stretch range better than the 8Ah pack, especially with pedal assist, and the bike is light enough to move around despite weighing over 60 pounds. The main tradeoffs are shaky build quality, inconsistent battery and power claims, and frequent setup issues with the front wheel and brake alignment. It looks like a budget commuter or short ride option if you are comfortable doing some tinkering.
Commuters who can use pedal assist, because the bike folds to fit a sedan trunk or back seat and the battery can cover short rides when pedaling helps stretch range.
Tinkerers who want a cheap platform to modify, because the bike is easy to upgrade and the low price leaves room for swapping parts.
Riders who need a compact folder for occasional beach or gym trips, because the folded bike is portable and pedal assist can make relaxed rides workable.
Short-trip riders who want a basic electric bike, because the 8Ah battery is suited to modest distances and the bike is described as solid for the cost.
Adults who want a stable full-size folder, because the 14-inch wheels and compact frame can feel too small and sketchy.
Tall riders or anyone who wants to pedal without knee interference, because the frame can put your knees into the key area while pedaling.
Riders who need a true 500W motor for stronger hill help, because the motor may be only 500W peak rather than a full-time 500W unit.
People who need dependable braking and smooth low-speed handling, because the pedal assist can kick in late and stay on too long, making slow turns feel dangerous.

Also just noticed this on Aliexpress in the Disclaimer: "Please mind potential fire risk" ðŸ˜
I pulled the trigger on the GS3 because the Amazon one also does not ship to me.

15ah battery weighs nothing, the real capacity is probably 8ah.
Pedal assist kicks in 3 seconds after you start pedaling and turns off 3 seconds too late. Extremely dangerous in slow speed turns while pedaling because it applies all power when you don't need any.
Too small for adults and too sketchy for kids.

I just want to double check if I am installing the wheel correctly and if there is any adjustment I need to do.
However, I am not sure if I am installing it correctly because the disc is touching the brake and it won't spin smoothly.

I don't really like it, I would pay a little more for the GS5.
The ebike ships with a placeholder rod in the front fork which is black. Do not use it. There is a stainless steel one in the same bag as the peddle and mini-wrenches.That one has the "hook" to lock the front wheel in place.
However, I am not sure if I am installing it correctly because the disc is touching the brake and it won't spin smoothly. Maybe someone can comment. The rod comes with 2 tall washers. I put the short washer on the brake side and long washer on the other.
I had the same issue with the wheel not spinning smoothly, the inner pad was rubbing the rotor. I needed to loose the two bolts on the side of the caliper to adjust. Watch this video https://youtu.be/z1Y50sfzdTg?si=
(Update: it doesn't look like the adjustment suggested by the video is enough to fix the grinding. I suspect the rotor is simply not true. So frustrating!)
