The UPlee GS3 is a compact folding 14 inch e bike that stands out for low price and easy storage, with the folded bike fitting in a sedan trunk or back seat. The 15Ah version is reported to stretch range better than the 8Ah pack, especially with pedal assist, and the bike is light enough to move around despite weighing over 60 pounds. The main tradeoffs are shaky build quality, inconsistent battery and power claims, and frequent setup issues with the front wheel and brake alignment. It looks like a budget commuter or short ride option if you are comfortable doing some tinkering.

  • The 15Ah battery can support a mostly battery 7-mile ride with voltage dropping from 52V to 49V.

  • The bike can fold into a sedan trunk or back seat despite weighing over 60 pounds.

  • The pedal-assist range can extend substantially when throttle use stays low.

  • The bike can work straight out of the box and keep running reliably for over a year.

  • Battery capacity claims can be overstated, with reports that a 15Ah pack may perform closer to about 8Ah.

  • The pedal assist can kick in about three seconds late and turn off about three seconds too late.

  • The pedal assist can apply power during slow-speed turns while pedaling, which can feel dangerous.

  • The front brake disc can rub the pads due to alignment issues, requiring caliper adjustment.

this type of Bike is mass produced under different brand names let me tell you now i had to spend over 700 dollars over my bikes entire lifespan of 4 months to get it to work its not good whatsoever you would be better off ripping off a Facebook marketplace mom for double the original price
I've had mine for over a year. Worked fine straight out of the box and still going strong.

You can reasonably expect to ride between 11 to 26 miles on the 8Ah battery, 14 to 32 miles on the 10Ah battery, and 21 to 48 miles on the 15Ah battery, depending heavily on your use of the throttle versus pedal assist.
Also dependent on terrain, weight of the rider, and to a lesser extent wind conditions.

Bought two 8A version but received 15A instead. Two issues.
First, the front brake disc on both bikes is robbing the brake pad. Just need adding two washers to align the brake disc.
Second, battery power indicator on both bikes is not working. Both are still showing full bars even after riding 10 miles.
If you paddle, the battery will last a long time. You can unplug the battery and measure the voltage using a simple multi-meter. I ordered the 15Ah battery. I took a 7 mile trip mostly using battery. The voltage dropped from 52V to 49V. The battery indicator briefly dropped to 2 bars near the end of my trip. But it is still showing 3 bars in the end. I guess because the battery is 48V.

Does anyone know what the rear "seat" is for? I don't believe it can carry any another person / child. It also does not look like it would come off. But there is a box of some sort underneath.

Does anyone know if this is class one or class two? If it's class two, is there a way to disable the throttle? I want it for my child, but I want them to only have pedal assist
