Bragg organic raw apple cider vinegar is valued as a versatile pantry staple for cooking, cleaning, and even diluted health routines. It comes up for pulled pork, sauces, and fly traps, and the Bragg bottle is preferred over cheaper Amazon vinegar for taste and usefulness. Price checks put it close to Costco and Sprouts, which softens the appeal of the deal. The main caution is acidity, since frequent diluted use can still wear enamel and the bottle can expire if it is not used quickly. A practical pick if you want one vinegar for several jobs.

Common Questions (5)

  • It can be used as a cleaner, mixed with dish soap as a fly trap, or diluted with water as a health tonic. It's also used to add acidity to sauces and for slow-cooker pulled pork.

  • It can be cheaper at Costco and is reported to be almost the same price at Sprouts, so this Amazon price is not always the lowest. Check local warehouse and grocery pricing before buying if you're price-sensitive.

  • Yes. Even diluted in water, it stays acidic enough to risk enamel damage with frequent exposure, so it's best to limit contact time and rinse with water afterward.

  • Taking 1 tbsp diluted with water before a meal is reported to slow a glucose spike afterward, with one estimate around 33%. It should not be treated as a reason to overeat.

  • Yes, it can expire if you do not go through it quickly, especially if you also use it for other purposes besides a daily health tonic. A larger bottle makes more sense only if you use vinegar often.

i got 2 gallons of the amazon apple cider vinegar. tastes disgusting compared to this good stuff. i now use it as a cleaner and to add acidity to sauces. i dont waste the Bragg vinegar.

If you drink a tbps diluted with water before a meal, it helps slow a glucose spike after, a little health hack I do now. Maybe about 33%, so don't go thinking you can eat all of the tres leches you want.

Unless you go through a ton of these and use them for other uses other than for a health tonic, they expire too
