Not many people know that Mova and Dreame are the same company with the identical hardware. So Mova Z60 Ultra Complete and Dreame Aqua10 Ultra share the same guts, same AI advoidance, same profile, same climbing step, same 12 jet system. There are two differences. The Mova is rated at 28,000 Pa and the Dreame is rated at 30,000 Pa and the spot where the machine sucks out the dirt into the bag is different. I got my Mova for 400ish.
I have not had one issue so far, used it about 20 times.
The PROBLEM with this model IMHO...
It takes a long time to run this machine. Once you run it spends about 10 minutes cleaning the roller and preping the machine. And it is not super fast at cleaning. To me this is no big deal, since I run my machine when I am sleeping.
It is LOUD... it has woken me up several times if it is running near me. Again, this is something I can live with.
The software is confusing. At first it swept and then mopped cause that was the setting, I have since chosen to sweep and mop at the same time.
It needs to go back to the base in the middle of jobs to clean it's roller again... I guess that is a good thing. And again, this is part of the reason why it takes so long.
The software is confusing. I still have not figured out how to say... I will now clean the basement and I want you to prep your roller tell me when it is prepped so I can carry the robot vacuum downstairs. Right now I tell it to clean and after it preps the roller and starts I press pause and bring it downstairs... but it does not map right since it thinks I am on the original floor. It cleans correctly, but the map is not great on the software.
There is a learning curve to understanding how to clean and maintain the robot vacuum and there is another learning curve to use the software.
This machine cleans the floor so much better than most, my home is all floors (no carpets). The dirty water that it collects is really dirty.
I have check out my machine a few times... there has never been any dirt left behind, nothing has gotten tangled. It is not zero maintenance... I did wash the anti tangle brushes in the sink (it does get dirty), and I have whipped the machine and have taken off the little amount of dust that I can find. I have yet to take apart the roller... but that is something i plan to do in the future. And there are many youtube videos showing you how.
Lastly, this machine CLEANS floors really well. It has never gotten stuck on any furniture... which has happened in the past with different models. I have not tested the AI avoidance cause I want clean floors and I declutter the floor before I start my machine including putting the chairs ontop of the table.
