Yes, provided you have the correct cable & applicable adapter(s) between the panel(s) & the Power Bank. You can use generator as well. Run the generator before it drops below ~15% until it gets above 80%, then turn off the generator.

I mention in all these threads that the pecron f3000lfp has similar inverter and capacity but is significantly smaller and cheaper. Just another option to consider.
