I see zero results for PGYOB nor PGYB nor "Shenzhen Panguyoubei Technology"
I don't trust the claims of these no name companies.
Maybe it is UL listed under a OEM name or something, YMMV

If it was maybe 40w, I would get one.
40w would at least charge my laptop. Most laptops need 65w but will take in 40w.
