Probably because for $500 you can get the Ultra 5 250k Plus bundle, DDR5 32GB, and a better mobo, that will run circles around this setup and is much more future proof. Use the $40 saved to buy this exact AIO on Amazon since they are around 40 there.
$600 gets you the Ultra 7 270K Plus
I'm not the best person for this, but if I was trying to stick really budget, I would just be looking to upgrade your CPU and GPU. Would probably be looking at an Intel Arc if I wanted to go sub $200 on the GPU and still be able to play most current releases at okay specs. And the CPU something like a Ryzen 5500 with cooler comes up pretty regularly under a hundred bucks assuming your mobo can run it and would almost double your single and multi core speeds.
Could probably do better than the above, but I don't deal in budget stuff too much. I just knew about the MC deal on the 250/270K plus because I had recently bought it myself lol.

Thanks for chiming in, basically what I ended up at as well, definitely wouldn't suggest the 250k deal for a budget upgrade when AM4 so nicely lets him bump huge.
3060/7060XT is what like 350-400 starting on the 8 GB cards? I THINK you can still get Arcs for under 200 that will compete with them assuming you don't want to do AI or play really old games, though I think even there the drivers have gotten good? Not sure.

Same issue AMD vs Nvidia always has, even if it's a good deal, Nvidia's drivers are much better than AMDs.
