Works pretty well, pain went from like a 7 on pulling movements to like a 3, on other stuff from a 4 pain to a 1 or 0 depending on the excercise. Not sure for other uses but it has allowed me to workout while recovering from elbow tendonitis.
The only thing I can't do that I normally do is pronated lat pull down, had to switch to a neutral grip.
