One of my family's favorite water bottles. The soft touch collar and button have a nice feel. The water flow through the straw/spout opening is so smooth. Cold water can last pretty much the whole day. 10/10.

We have these for our kids to take to school and so far, they've been excellent. Only issue we had was my daughter losing one of the o-rings that seals the top for the pour function, but replacement parts on Amazon weren't hard to find. Might pick up 2 more as their replacements in a few years when, inevitably, the kids will have either found a way to really damage them or will leave them somewhere 😂

They're actually pretty good. I had one and lost it so I ordered a new one. After some time there was an issue I had with the lid and all I had to do was email them for them to replace the lid free of charge. Good customer service

These are great - the other version of this that we have, the caps are super easy to break. We have gone through 6 lids in our family of 4 kids. The slightest fall will destroy the lid.

I assume you are talking about Ello, the manufacturer? The third-party seller of this item seems to have pretty atrocious feedback.
