I came to shit on this deal because at this price, I KNEW it was made of ABS, which SUCKS for checked luggage. Turns out it is POLYCARBONATE, which is what you do want for checked luggage. Great deal!

No. That middle picture states total dimensions are 26 x 18 x 10.5. No airlines will let that on as a carry-on.
