You stated these are "cleaned." So that isn't being questioned. So are you claiming they aren't working (repaired if needed be) and tested? So far this scam ticks all the boxes of fitting the definition of refurbished...to a T.
Personally feel you are confusing the word "refurbished" with "open box"...which is NOT even close to the same meaning nor the claim here. And off lease HP's don't fit that bill either. I also don't think you grasp what scam means...
P.S. What is your definition of EnOrMoUs pRoFiT and what level of profit would not make this a scam? Please clarify since you are the one applying that enormous benchmark here.
FWIW, I'm typing this on my Dell 5440 right now....which goes off lease in Dec. Hopefully Dell will pass this annoying PC to another SD'er once I have turned it back in
