I've been transitioning into vertical mice recently. this one functions great and the silent clicks, which i thought would drive me crazy, were actually pretty nice. Especially since clicking on these mice is sort of more difficult as it requires your thumb on the inside of the mouse for click support. Also for a medium size hand like mine this one feels a little small. my ring and pinky finger sort of want to be on the mouse but also slide off a bit.
