It's pretty cheap for a piece of titanium... might drill it out and use it to hold my gauges on my boat... my knives would never touch it

You don't have to spread misinformation on the internet. All cutting boards of any material are equally as clean from a simple hot and soapy water scrub.

All getting this will do is destroy your knife after 1 use.

For the price, was thinking that it may work as a mixing board for epoxy, spackle, whatever. Had been watching for a coupon or sale on the (aluminum) one at HF ...but the HF one will never approach this price. Looking for reasons why it would be rational to pay 2-3X more for the HF one.
