Community Reviews
Five Guys is landing as a pricey but customizable burger deal, with fresh ground beef, lots of free toppings, and fries that remain the standout for many orders. The BOGO can bring two burgers into a more reasonable range, especially when stacked with credits, though adding fries quickly pushes the total back up. The main knocks are high regular prices, occasional bland or underseasoned burgers, and fries that can turn soggy or arrive in smaller portions. It feels best when the toppings and fries matter more than the base burger.
Common Questions (5)
The deal makes the burgers cheaper, but the value depends on whether you want Five Guys' toppings and larger burgers; the fries are a major draw for many, though some orders have been soggy or underwhelming. Several comments still describe the burgers as flavorful and satisfying, while others say the bun and seasoning are weak.
Yes. The app has reportedly crashed in the evening during similar promos, and online orders can run 35-40 minutes behind when the store gets slammed, so placing the order early helps avoid delays.
A reported checkout total was $11.80 after tax for two regular burgers, and another order came to $15 for two bacon burgers without cheese. Adding fries can push the total much higher, with one example reaching $17 for two burgers plus fries.
Ordering fries well done can help at some locations, and asking for them that way has been reported to produce better results. Even so, some stores still serve limp or soggy fries, especially if the bag traps steam.
Yes. The coupon requires signing in or creating an account before checkout, and the mobile app may not show the offer clearly, so logging in through the Five Guys login page can be the easiest path.

Five Guys offers more toppings for free, but IMO the base burger tastes much better at Culver's. Probably because Culver's actually seasons their burgers.
I only ever went to Five Guys for the fries anyway

Overall - and same experience a few months back - 5guys just sucks now. The burgers have Zero flavor. I added ketchup/mustard and mayo - all I tasted was some sort of sweet, bland flavor. At one time 5guys burgers hit hard - tasted amazing. They just suck now. When I went to pick up my order - the bottom of the bag was just wet from grease - and I didn't even purchase fries.
5Guys - 4/10.
Burger King has way more flavor and costs a lot less.
