I do have this one on my deck since the Spring of 2024. I paid $300 for the 10x13 version at the time and the only issue with it now is the canopy is showing its age. Still fine and we are using it but as a backup we bough a replacement canopy (https://lausaint.com/products/lau...470947242
The point I am making is, this is not a permanant fixture you'll leave to your children with your house. It is somewhat disposable and will serve you for a few years if you treat it well! So it is a decent deal and a decent product.
