The 12'x12' is less expensive than the 10'x12'. Looks like the regular price is around $200 so it isn't a real slick deal.

I use this type of gazebo on my deck as a poor man's version of covered deck. I end up replacing them for various reasons. The primary reason has benn having left the canopy on through winter. You then have the high winds or snow destroy the canopy and in one case actually bent the frame of one of my gazebos.

I do have this one on my deck since the Spring of 2024. I paid $300 for the 10x13 version at the time and the only issue with it now is the canopy is showing its age. Still fine and we are using it but as a backup we bough a replacement canopy (https://lausaint.com/products/lau...4709472427) for $70 earlier this year. Again from past experience, when you need a new canopy, you sometimes can't find one because manfacturers stop making the model you bought or they don't carry "parts" for it after a while.

The point I am making is, this is not a permanant fixture you'll leave to your children with your house. It is somewhat disposable and will serve you for a few years if you treat it well! So it is a decent deal and a decent product.
