I got the sampler pack a few months ago and I've had a bag of each flavor since. The "peelers" gimmick is pretty mediocre; yes, there are two layers to them, but in most flavors the layers are similar. The one with a clearest difference was banana, and the banana was my least favorite flavor. Peeling them with your hands is pretty annoying, you have to bite off a bit first to be able to. The gimmick is best ignored.
I heard a few people got melted masses in their bags but all of mine were fine.
