did anyone else buy this and get a machine that was complete trash? Worm gear is bent on one side, top mount on the other side is broken off and missing. LCD doesnt work. CFM looks like is been through a war. The top glass is missing. Missing accessories. Dealing with their customer service is a joke All emails and 2 days between each response.
