youtube and fragrantica.com are your best friends when choosing frags. that 'alcohol presence' is mostly a thing of the past... You are either buying super cheap frags ( < $5) or getting fake ones or both. Presently (unlike before), alcohol traces are very minimal and they fade away rather fast... as far as butter goes, there is a video (YT) on the 'butter chicken' smell done by the SwissWatches.com - you might want to check that out too..
