Energizer MAX AAA batteries are landing at a steep discount, with subscription pricing and occasional checkout promos driving 24 packs down to around $10 or less. The deal also stacked with free shipping and, in some carts, extra checkout discounts that made larger AA and AAA orders especially cheap. Shelf life looked solid on picked up packs, with expiration dates ranging from 2031 to 2040. The main snag was reliability, since some pickup orders were canceled, flagged for fraud, or lost the extra discount before checkout. A strong battery stock up if the order goes through.
The subscription discount can add an extra 5% off at checkout for AAA and AA 24-packs.
Some orders show free shipping when buying multiple 24-pack AAA batteries.
Pickup orders can be marked ready for collection after placing the order.
Some packs received shelf-life dates ranging roughly from 10 to 15 years, depending on the pack.
Store pickup orders can be canceled shortly after placement, including cancellations about 11 minutes later.
Checkout discounts can disappear, causing the price to double or requiring cart rework to restore the deal.
Some transactions may be flagged as fraud, and store staff may ask to retry even though the order flow can already be switched to delivery.
Battery longevity may be limited because the batteries could be several years old when purchased.
