Another reporting terrible shipping, half are shipped in paper bags. Even for the ones in boxes, almost all have torn shrink wrap or other wear. Will never buy vinyl from best buy again.

Got Mazzy Star from Amazon which arrived today. I also got it from the best buy sale. Amazon sent in sealed vinyl shipping box inside a larger box and arrived mint. Best Buy in paper envelope all banged up.

All my orders have arrived in oversized boxes with bubble wrap and cardboard packing. Sad to read envelopes being used.

Only complaint for me was Bob Dylan boxset had scuffs on bottom of boxset but still sealed in wrap. Not bad enough to return since it was only $20.

All of mine have arrived in good condition

EXCEPT the one big expensive boxed set which was in a brown envelope and had its corners busted so now there're pieces flopping off the edges. Yay.

For anyone that plans to return and hasn't yet, prepare yourself. I went in store thinking I could return them because the app said that was the fastest way only to be told unless I wanted to get an exchange for the same item, they had to be mailed back. Thankfully, the store manager helped me print out all the shipping labels. And they are taking care of shipping them. But if you got a ton like I did, you're gonna spend a lot of time preparing them to go back.

Returned 4 separate orders of mine in store in literally 2 minutes. Your store likely didn't do something right.

Looks like "most" are now sold out. I will note that I bought 3.
2 were shipped in a foldover paper envelope and both were damaged. The third was shipped loose in a large box you could have gotten 50 records in. Duh...
Luckily it wasn't damaged. I called Best Buy. Fought through the AI assistant and reached someone in India. He was very concerned with my complaints and made a note on my account.
I feel so much better. I'll order my vinyl from Amazon going forward. It's the one item they actually over package.

Yep. I just commented here. Ordered 3 and two were damaged. Returning one and winching, keeping Nick Cave. Order all vinyl from Amazon. It will be double boxed and will arrive undamaged

yeah, based on what i saw here, it is better to buy your vinyl from either amazon or b&n. i got very lucky coz mine were all packaged to withstand an explosion and only one sleeve showed some scuffs on the shrinkwrap at the corners. but the experience of several other members was not cute at all.
