Wouldn't this dull your knives faster?

Might be fun if it were real Ti but one reviewer checked it and it can't be actual Ti and seems to be steel instead. Save your money (and your knives) for wood instead.

I'm not sure why, but this specific staff member just keeps making posts on these horrible cutting boards.

I'm just impressed that someone has figured out how to make a cutting board double-sided!

The seller ShiMuWangLuo [amazon.com] has only 28 ratings with 100% positive feedback even though all the latest reviews are not 5 star.

Why do people use wood? It's like buying a child with how much maintenance they need. I'd rather sharpen a knife in 10 seconds than spend 20 minutes every time I cut food

Glass will dull a knife very quickly (and every sharpening reduces the life of the knife) so it depends on how much you care about microplastics; I care more about food safety than microplastics so I cut meat on a plastic board , But I have a butcherblock countertop so for most non-meat items I cut right on the counter and scrap any waste into the trash which is in a slide out drawer below the countertop where I cut. Every 6 months or so I spend almost 2 minutes oiling it. I've had this setup for 20 years now and I'm using the same knifes I started with almost 35 years ago, though my hollow edge santoku is probably less than a dozen sharpenings from hitting the ground face an my boning knife has a funky bump at the bolster where I sharpened it for many years with a countertop rotary sharpener.
