I haven't paid more than $99 for each of my wifi built in door locks, but that was probably over a year of waiting for sales/slickdeals to hit... I tried the $99 Amazon resale/used option a couple of times, and never got a complete kit (each time something major was missing from the package).
THese Ultraloqs SUCK at staying accessible on the wifi... so if this one doesn't have that problem... and everything else works and it is well made... truly a SLICK deal.
