I have this from a previous purchase. It's a great power rack for the money. You don't need to mount it as it's sufficiently heavy on its own.

Band pegs so you can add resistance bands to your barbell work, etc.

Mikolo makes a wide variety of squat racks and cages, so there isn't really a good way to answer this question. I will say I have a Mikolo M7 (sadly now discontinued) that I bought from Temu and have been using almost daily for the last year and it is really excellent. If I can wrap my head around spending 3x as much on a bench "ecosystem" I plan to add an Apex bench soon, but otherwise my workouts have lacked for nothing using the Mikolo.

This rack does not appear to have a lap pull down brace pad. The Mikolo F4 version 2.0 does come with a lap pull down brace pad. If you intend to do lat pull downs of any significant weight, you will need a lap pull down brace pad. That can cost about $100 alone. It is included in the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 rack, which will meet >90% of people. Just use any AI to list what lifting weight strength you have now, what you foresee as your maximum lifting weight strength for bench press, back squats with barbell, etc. and see if the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 rack is more than enough for you. I will never lift more than 250lbs, so the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 is already more than enough for me. I own the Mikolo F4 version 2.0 and a used (<$100) Total Gym XLS model (which can add weights with a weight bar through the sliding bench) for functional trainer exercises.

This rack appears to only have a single post for the weights to slide up and down. The Mikolo F4 version 2.0 has two posts for the weights to slide up and down, which are very smooth and quiet.

This rack appears to have less desirable 4-inch spacing between the holes. The Mikolo F4 2.0 has 2-inch spacing which makes height adjustments for J-hooks, safety bars, etc much more useful and comfortable.

Wouldn't surprise me if plenty of people bought this, use it for a few weeks or months, then stop and it collects dust.
