Every once in a while, I come across a deal here that is worth getting just for the parts.
I appreciate the reply. After I posted my question, I found the grading levels. Entry Grade was the one he just worked on, so High Grade will be next! Thank you sir.
I think that you can get him started with a set of nippers, and some files. This set of tools to get started looks solid.

Glass files are also something I highly recommend at some point. They are a bit more forgiving than sandpaper and give a good finish. These ones specifically are great because they don't have the sharp edges other glass nail files do, which love to dig into soft plastic.
