Edit: I just did some research and gluconate is one of the better forms out there - perfectly acceptable with generally good absorption. There are some forms that absorb better, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with gluconate. Maybe you know something I don't?

Edit: I just did some research and gluconate is one of the better forms out there - perfectly acceptable with generally good absorption. There are some forms that absorb better, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with gluconate. Maybe you know something I don't?
