Is there anyway for mods to Geo Gate these deals so they don't pop up for people who are not close to any of these stores?

I've weirdly always been able to have them ship to me for like 6 bucks and I'm in the southeast and have never seen a bomgaar's. Got that fancy DeWalt sander off em a few weeks ago.
