Battery and charger for this are fairly expensive for what they are. Decent blower though

This was just on sale with battery for $129 I think, and the battery and "fast" charger is much more than $80. I would wait for that unless you're already set for batteries/chargers. Then it might be a good deal. Seems like a powerful blower even if it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles (suction/bagging).

My question as well. My only guess is new products. It looks like they already released new batteries (all black casing so the red ones are discounted) but haven't seen new tools yet
