How is this a deal? Feels like SD has changed a lot over the years. Also lots of terrible quality products on the front page. Like Chinese "brands" on Amazon. Feels like it's being manipulated. This was designed to be a community based website. How do we fix these recent issues? Here come the downvotes!

Walmart is $50 after using SAVE3X discount code. NOT WORKING

Community Reviews

This pre order for Ocarina of Time on Switch 2 is mainly attractive as a $10 off launch price on a high demand Nintendo release, with the physical edition priced above the digital version and the gold foil cover tied to pre ordering. The comments also frame it as a rare discount for a brand new Nintendo game, with little expectation of deeper cuts soon. The main caveat is that the same price has appeared elsewhere, and the U.S. version has no pre order bonus. It is a solid early price if you want the physical release and do not want to wait for holiday pricing.

  • Pre-ordering can lock in the limited-time gold foil cover version when purchasing.

    InkoMint

  • The deal price can represent about a $10 discount versus the cited physical MSRP.

    singularity465

  • Pre-ordering at this price can suit shoppers who do not plan to wait for additional savings.

    schlack

  • The price can be positioned as roughly a 15% discount off retail for a Nintendo title.

    Bill McNeal

  • The SAVE3X discount code reportedly fails to work for the Walmart price.

    sam80241

  • The $59.88 price may not be meaningfully better than expected holiday pricing.

    avg-joe

  • Pre-ordering may not be uniquely discounted on Amazon because the same $60 price appears elsewhere including the eShop.

    BeautifulRoute6107

  • Pre-ordering may not be worth it if the US release offers no pre-order bonus.

The gold foil cover version is limited time, so pre-ordering is the only guarantee it'll be that when you purchase it. Smilie

Same thing at Walmart, but you can get cashback from various sites or credit cards and don't have to support Amazon

Reposting is allowed I guess. Dozens of repost of deals never expired lately. Instead of upping them , staff just repost to get the earnings of someone else find even if the op never gets commissions of course. Yet another degrading of SD

Deal because it's $10 off a high demand brand new game? Pre-order at this price is the way to go for anyone not looking to hold out for the long run for a bit more savings.
