Nonstick maybe but the pattern on the surface is hard to scrub clean. If I bought it for $24 maybe I wouldn't complain so much but I'll never buy this type of pan anymore. I got it mainly because I have a commercial stove and thought this would withstand the heat.. which it has so far.. but not

Aluminum isn't conductive and induction cooktops need conductivity and the more conductive metal, the more power they draw. These are stainless steel with the nonstick coating so they draw lots of heat and worth well on induction. Aluminum pans with a steel/iron "bottom" work like trash, and entirely aluminum pans dont work at all
I have a similar fib pan to this one, and the pots. I really just use the pots. It's great at keeping most of the gunk off your pan when cooking soups, boiling water for pasta, etc. It's not great as a sauce pan and i never use it.

Looks like yellow mashed potatoes or something ....
Also the brand has a "lifetime" warranty and this knockoff Chinese brand will disappear in 6 months.
I won't buy either.
