  • Our non-stick frying pans feature a fusion of stainless steel and Ceramic non-stick layer, crafted with precision laser etching. This innovative structure delivers excellent heat conduction while shielding the non-stick surface. The coating ensures effortless food release, allowing ingredients to slide off more smoothly than on traditional stainless steel baking pans.

  • Equipped with a high magnetic conductivity base, this Frying cookware is fully induction-ready. It works efficiently on all standard cooking surfaces.
  • Unlike competitors that limit hybrid coatings to the cooking base, our advanced process extends the hybrid Frying pan surface all the way to the rim, ensuring consistent performance across the entire pan.

This 12 inch Yonida hybrid skillet is aimed at everyday cooking with a stainless and ceramic nonstick surface, induction compatibility, and a lid at a low price. The hybrid pattern is praised for handling metal utensils, giving decent sear, and making cleanup easier than plain stainless, especially for eggs, fried rice, soups, and stir fries. The main cautions are that the etched surface can be hard to scrub, some similar pans have shown black residue or short lived nonstick, and the bottom may be thinner than pricier hybrids. A practical budget pick if you want hybrid convenience without paying HexClad prices.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes, it is induction-ready as long as the bottom is magnetic. A magnet test is the quickest check: if it sticks to the base, the pan should heat on an induction cooktop.

  • Cleaning depends heavily on use: low heat and fats like ghee or grass-fed butter are reported to keep the surface looking new, while high heat and oxidizing oils can leave black marks and make the etched surface harder to scrub. A dish scrubbing brush can help, but the textured coating is still harder to clean than a smooth pan.

  • It uses the same hybrid idea with raised stainless steel patterning and recessed non-stick valleys, so it can handle metal utensils and give a decent sear. The tradeoff is that it likely has a thinner bottom and less even heat retention than heavier premium pans, so long-term durability may be lower.

  • Some similar hybrid pans have stayed non-stick for months to over a year, while others lost slickness after only a couple of weeks. The coating appears to last better with low-heat cooking and careful cleaning, but it is still a wear item.

  • The Prime deal price is $23.99 after applying promo code W6MUREME or E58DNDWA at checkout, and shipping is free. The code may need to be re-entered or applied again if it does not take immediately.

I bought 14" wok hexclad at costco, it is a much better wok than my carbon steel wok due to non-stick hybrid. it is also much less sticky than the henkels hybrid set also from costco. I make a lot of fried rice and veggie stir frying, it's the best for my use. If this works anything like a hexclad, I'd have to try.

It says it's induction safe. Is any pan not induction safe? Am I missing something? Are there pans that are dangerous to put on an induction burner?

It has to do with how the bottom is designed and the magnetic fields. Many pans aren't induction safe and will not heat up if you try to use them with an induction cooktop.

I understand how induction cooktop works, but technically, wouldn't not heating up be safer than heating up? I'm just trying to say "Safe" probably isn't the best word of choice here.

almost the same.. the surface is good for over a year. The taller WOK version is much better and useful.

How does a carbon steel wok gets sticky? If its seasoned, preheated well and you use oil i dont see how thats possible, unless you just cooking sugar.

I have that expensive one that they sell from Costco like this and would really like to return it. Nonstick maybe but the pattern on the surface is hard to scrub clean. If I bought it for $24 maybe I wouldn't complain so much but I'll never buy this type of pan anymore. I got it mainly because I have a commercial stove and thought this would withstand the heat.. which it has so far.. but not
You can return anything to Costco. Even used.

I own something like this. It was non stick for 2 weeks then went to trash . You have to cook at super low temps or you are screwed , your eggs won't flip , even with grease . I think these are all a gimmick . To be honest
Just cook with stainless using all clad at low temps , your food will taste better

"safe" isnt the right word. it's "compatible"Aluminum isn't conductive and induction cooktops need conductivity and the more conductive metal, the more power they draw. These are stainless steel with the nonstick coating so they draw lots of heat and worth well on induction. Aluminum pans with a steel/iron "bottom" work like trash, and entirely aluminum pans dont work at allI have a similar fib pan to this one, and the pots. I really just use the pots. It's great at keeping most of the gunk off your pan when cooking soups, boiling water for pasta, etc. It's not great as a sauce pan and i never use it.
Aluminum is very conductive, but it's not magnetic. Induction requires this.

if you don't use a mass amount of oil, carbon steel will stick. Fried rice and veggie need high heat. worst part is when you throwing seasoning - soy sauce, oster sauce, sugar, etc.
if yours isn't sticky, how much oil do you use? what do you cook and season with? what kind of wok do you have?

hexclad is thicker all around 3mm all clad, heat evenly. This only has a plate at the bottom, so heat will not be even, not sure how it would affect stickiness performance. if someone tried it out let us know!
