Seven magnesium forms seems unnecessarily complicated, and using "magnesium chelate" as 1 of 7 forms is vague since chelation is a category that can include forms like glycinate and taurate. More importantly, they provide no breakdown of how much magnesium comes from each form. The 1,000 mg magnesium claim with no %DV is the biggest red flag. FDA's Daily Value for magnesium is 420 mg, so if 1,000 mg means elemental magnesium, it should be listed as 238% DV. If it refers to the combined weight of the magnesium compounds, the labeling is potentially misleading/noncompliant.
