While this is a budget monitor from a no-name brand, this price is good. Hopefully a glimpse into the BF/Holiday season. As a UWQHD it may not be great for gaming but that really depends on how serious a gamer you are. Chances are a wannabe-pro or 'sweat' as the kids might say, isn't going to be looking at a $200 monitor. As an old guy, I'm not sure I'd want to game on an UW but for my office work it could be very appealing. Might pick this up...

Bought one a few years ago for the home office and absolutely love it. I've gamed on it, nothing crazy though, phasmophobia mostly. Wife has Alienware AW3225QF 32" and while I like the dimensions of that one more it's not a $600 difference. This one's great if you don't need top of the line just to have it or aren't a competitive gamer.

I bought some 3440x1440 monitors back in the RTX30xx days for my gaming computers. Great for gaming, and not too taxing to run most games on anything above a desktop 3060.
But I actually ended up liking them way more for work. 3 full-sized items onscreen like documents, email clients, websites, and most of my spreadsheets fit nicely on half the screen. -then my laptop screen is just for chat windows.
So I've actually started converting my office-mates over to this resolution.

Had a bad experience with a Koorui branded monitor around 2 years ago. Both HDMI connections completely crapped out within a year. Their customer support at the time was only an email address that didn't reply when I inquired about a refund or repair.

isn't it just a one year warranty? you can get an extended warranty at the link for a fee administered by an outside company.
