While this is Wi-Fi 7, keep in mind it is only dual band and not triband. Depending on your use case, that may or may not make a difference.

If you are just looking for the enhancements of Wi-Fi 7, this will be fine. If you're looking to get something on the 6 GHz band to relieve the congestion of 2.4 and 5, this is not the one for you.

"NO OpenWrt, NO Entware/Optware, NO Docker" Nothing interesting here, unless you need a basic no frills router for home wifi use with a blazing fast ISP plan. Completely locked down Broadcom BCM6764 drivers

It DOES have Encrypted DNS. Rare feature.

Picked this router up for my sister as a cheap simple router. Turns out, this is not a bad router. The old router could barely make it to the other side of the house, this thing blasts a 2.4ghz signal across the entire 5000 sq ft house, both floors. I had to readjust the repeaters further away. The OpenVPN/Wireguard servers are a nice touch, it would be nice to have OpenWRT on it, but this router out of the box is not a bad deal for $80. Set it and forget it.
