I did at 1 of 2 hotels during a stay at Sandals on an island, However the 2nd hotel just really detracted from the overall experience.
Take my feedback with a grain of salt but see it below.
Personal experience with Sandals. they offer a lot of things but don't always deliver. I had an issue with the TV in the room and they acused me of unplugging the cable. the room allowed for room service from the restaurants took 2 days to get the menus. when asked to speak to a manager they avoided me for 3 days including setting up an appointment and then no showing.
The in room massage team came with "free gifts" and charged me.
when told I'd get a free upgrade I was charged for it.
They advertise a shopping trip to the town and then when asked they just said oh no we don't do that.
The other fun thing was that they took my lugage at check out and wouldn't turn it over to me until AFTER I signed the final bill.
But the food quality was good overall,
The staff depending can definately operate on "island time"
there were good parts, but given the trip was my honeymoon the little things added up in my book.

Caribbean Cay (formerly Royal Caribbean) was our favorite. Was a little smaller, chill, lots of shade on the beach, good diving, friendly staff.
Negril was our second favorite. Easy access to Beaches if you want to go to another resort. Really nice workers, great dive staff, really nice big beach with tons of shade. Good food.
We've done Ocho Rios a couple of times, but there are kinda two parts. One on the beach, one across the street and you needed to take a bus on to the other side. Bit of a pain if you're mostly beach, not pool, people.
Royal Bahamian really good diving, almost no shade. Great restaurants. We only went once, since no shade is kinda rough if you're there in July/early August.
Least favorite was Antigua. Dive boat was "full" a few days and couldn't dive, never happened any other place. All beaches in Antigua are public, so you constantly have people coming up to you asking you to spend money. It was not relaxing. Pools were nice, if that's your thing, but beach was just constant harassment.
One other tip. If you're flying into/out of Montego Bay, sign up for "Club Mobay" before you go. You'll skip the line at customs, someone will hold your hand through the process of getting into the country. Then when you leave, you'll hang out in the Club Mobay lounge, which is all free food and free drinks, until its ready to board. It's generally worth it, but sometimes you'll find there is absolutely no line coming in... so doesn't feel THAT worth it. However, Sandals tends to bring you back to the airport a good 3-4 hours before your flight, so the extra time in the Club Mobay lounge almost always makes it close to worth it.
