Roku's 65 inch Pro Series OLED stands out as a very aggressive price on a 120 hertz 4K OLED, with picture quality that should beat non OLED TVs in this range. The panel is widely discussed as an older LG sourced WOLED, likely closer to the C2 than the B6, and early impressions point to solid specs but limited brightness, with one preview putting peak HDR under 600 nits. The main hesitation is uncertainty around Roku's tuning, processor, and long term reliability, plus a reported Roku firmware issue on other models that can drop sound output until a hard reset. A tempting value if you want OLED on a budget and can live with the unknowns.

  • Deal hunters comparing premium OLEDs, because the price undercuts older LG B6-era pricing by a wide margin.

  • OLED movie watchers who want a strong picture at this price, because the screen beats other display tech in this range.

  • Streaming-first living room setups, because the TV's weaker built-in features matter less when an external streamer handles playback.

  • Shoppers who want proven picture and processing performance, because there is not enough information yet and the processor may be lacking.

  • Home theater buyers who need bright HDR highlights, because peak HDR brightness is reported at under 600 nits.

  • People relying on Roku audio for everyday TV use, because sound output can randomly disappear and require a hard reset.

It uses the LG B6 panel. It lines up spec wise. Fantastic deal at that price.

I'm waiting for me extensive reviews too, I've only seen the paid promo reviews and I want to wait for others before considering it. Otherwise, this an excellent price if this is indeed competitive with the LG B6 series. The B6 is currently $1400 at best buy and the lowest I've seen this drop to on there was $1200. $800 certainly undercuts it.
I ended up telling my friend to go for the B6, just not enough info on this and guessing the processor will be very lacking. if you have BJs it's 1099 right now there with 5 year warranty. Also just found toms guide did a little preview of their test and it's only doing less than 600 nits in peak hdr brightness. So yeah there is the reason it's so cheap.

Roku is being acquired by Fox Corp. sometime next year, same company as Fox News. If that means anything for you, then maybe avoid Roku products from here on out. Just an FYI for anyone who doesn't know.
That shouldn't matter because giving any tv direct access to the internet is pure lunacy. It's not possible to live a modern life and avoid companies with questionable ethics.
