I was trying to buy park discounted tickets using AAA so this could come in handy, but I'm not sure what states this works in? I thought I remember they have different companies or something based on your state? Does this work in any USA state?

Some discounts can be club-specific but not usually. Two service works across all clubs.

My state is on the list, but nothing close to my zip code. Apparently I am in another club that doesn't do many promos, been thinking about it since cars are getting older, so might have to pay close to full price. I like that AAA will tow you anywhere within the distance of your plan, Good Sam tows to the nearest shop

Last time I saw a aaa deal here I signed up for it in sc because I had an address that I was vacationing with even though I live in md. I was able to later change my address but I couldn't log in on their main page for a while I had to use the sub domain or use the zip code to find that right local club.. it was worth doing.

But wait doesn't the basic membership suck with like only local towing to a shop or something? Anyway I upgraded to premium. It was worth it to get a free 200 mile tow.

Also if you travel out of state a lot I have more advice..

I've had an issue where they didn't want to tow from a storage facility address. I told I was on the street and not inside and they did tow it. They also didn't want to tow from near an auction address so I called back and gave them the address to the gas station next door and just directed the tow truck to come to the corner where my car was, it wasn't in the auction.

I actually recommend getting a back up too..

Sometimes these two company's will have you waiting for ever..

So I call in to the back to too.. so if you get one of those companies, the second one might not be so bad..

And then I just cancel the other when one arrives.

Also that gives me more range of tow. I can tow 100 miles closer to home with my back up to a Walmart then tow with aaa the rest of the way.

I've used Groupon in the past, but the most recent time that I've tried using them I was sold a voucher for an online course and the provider of said course was bought out by a different company. None of the links that I was sent as part of the Groupon worked and I couldn't register for the class. I tried getting a refund from Groupon, but they said the voucher had already been "activated" and they weren't able to provide a refund. I also disputed the charge with them showing clear evidence that the emailed instructions did not work with screenshots included and everything. Surely, when they saw that their own provided instructions didn't work they'd issue me a refund. Nope. My dispute was denied.

I will never, ever, ever use Groupon again as a company. And I'll scream their awful name to anyone that will listen telling them to avoid Groupon like the plague. What a horrible company.

The region locking on this deal is poorly explained.
This works in (I presume) all states. The benefits provided are different for the states explicitly listed. If not listed, you get the default benefits.
The region locks are areas where there is not a nearby AAA affiliate. So, people in rural areas are likely excluded.
