Bad design, look at the plug in port. There only 1 plug so every time you remove a plug from this, you will yank this adapter out. I have another similar to this and the bottom pin broke. You need to hold this adapter in place if you don't want it to come out of the wall every time. or you need to make sure your existing outlet can accept that middle screw

There is a screw that you can use to secure it in place. If it ain't long enough, then you can get one from lowes/hp for a couple of dollars
