You may want to have a gander around Costco locations in your area (online first). YMMV.
Even when/if it shows up as $11.97 online/in the app...it is still showing/marked as $22-25 dollars in-store. It will ring up for the sale price at the register.
So that is what? $0.33/pound??? Not too shabby. Not. Too. Shabby.
I just bought a hundred and forty-four pounds. =P
