Hence the YMMV. However just like Target's clearance what is on clearance at one store will typically hit the cycle IF the management at each store decides that its not moving at full price.

Just went to my local WalMart and $98. I had store associate scan to check price and he confirmed it was not in sale. So lucky for those who can find this for $50.
