This is one of many issues with Aisle. It's a crummy service that bans users without explanation or a way to appeal and leaves them hanging with products they won't get the reimbursement for. Skip these deals until Aisle goes under and is replaced with a better player.

Yes, it seems to be dead, despite the fact that Bob's Red Mill is still advertising the free product offer on its website.

About 12 hours ago, I sent Bob's Red Mill a message in which I asked about the status of the offer. I will post their response (when/if I receive one).

That's a good question. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer. It sounds like you might have gotten in on the offer, or registered, (so to speak) before they closed it such that it might work for you. That being said, I really don't know. Sorry.

No problem with my submission. However, my Mom's submission is being reduced because she used $2.00 off coupons on OTHER PRODUCTS. We're fighting it. The $2.00 off coupons are clearly reduced off two other items. Aisle is crooked.

We submitted after the offer page said "inactive," but we had already submitted our info via SMS. I'd say go for it, but be quick. Avoid using any coupons on the transaction, so Aisle doesn't try to take them off your Bob's purchase.
