FYI: There's numerous lawsuits against the parent company of True Lemons for deceptive advertising. It contains manufactured/synthetic citric acid, and is supposedly categorized as artificial. Even though the labeling and everything suggest it is natural and come from lemon juice. The flavor supposedly comes mostly from the citric acid and it's unclear how much is actual real fruit juice.

So you're not getting a product that only contains natural ingredients. Since the Citric acid is listed first it has the highest amount of that. Supposedly products like this has up to 90% citric acid, but True Lemon doesn't disclose it, like many other things.

If you're okay with that, it seems like a good product. I've enjoyed it in the past. It's probably fine, but know what you're getting and don't be fooled by their misleading marketing.

Honestly if the chemicals are pure, it hardly matters to me what their source is. The artificial food grade citric acid isn't made from petroleum feed stock or something like that, it's made from corn starch or beet sugar and the like. The problem with this product for me is, that consuming acidic drinks regularly, risks eroding your teeth and accelerating cavities. As I get old that's an increasing problem. It's not worth it.
