After proving multiple times receipt they eventually sent me a replacement about a month later. That one failed in less then three week.
Dead no light nothing working what so ever. My anker one still works fine. I asked if they had a better one or upgraded one or anything and they said no. And they would not replace it at all anymore, they sent one replacement thats all they do, and thanks for being a customer.
other model had 100w pass through.
Hopefully they fixed all the bugs. But since they would not replace the second unit that failed right away i will never buy from them again.

It technically does work on Mac as you should still get most of the functions the hub supplies (USB, PD input, 2.5G Ethernet, etc.). They say it's not compatible with Mac because Mac currently does not support MST, which is how these hubs get multiple display outputs.
If you connect two HDMI displays to this and connect the hub to a Mac, both external displays will be cloned. They put the incompatibility with Mac to prevent people from returning it and leaving 1 star reviews for "does not work on Mac".
If you need USB-A, SD card, PD input, 2.5G Ethernet, and a SINGLE external HDMI display on a Mac, this hub will meet all those criteria.
