The Phomemo PM64D is a budget 4 by 6 thermal shipping label printer that works well for basic eBay and Amazon label printing, especially if you want a low-cost starter setup. It can print directly from downloaded labels, and the touchscreen, Bluetooth, and USB options make it flexible for phone or computer workflows. Print quality depends a lot on label stock, and the included labels are described as poor. Caveats include Bluetooth quirks, occasional alignment issues, and reports of weaker durability than Brother or Zebra models. A practical pick for light to moderate shipping needs.

  • Sellers printing occasional 4x6 shipping labels from PDFs or eBay pages, because it prints directly at the right size and can be set up without much fuss.

  • New marketplace sellers watching expenses, because it is a low entry price and can pay for itself quickly with regular label use.

  • Phone-first shippers who want wireless label printing, because Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi lets them print without connecting a laptop by USB.

  • High-volume shippers who need crisp labels, because print quality can be smeary and the print head may wear out quickly.

  • Buyers who want a polished workflow, because the label size may need to be reset each time a PDF loads and the touchscreen can feel gimmicky.

  • Mac and iPhone users expecting native Bluetooth printing, because Bluetooth can be limited to the app and may not appear in the system print menu.

  • Shippers using narrow 1x2 labels, because the feed can jam even after calibration.

Seeing a review that says this requires a $45 yearly subscription. Is this correct?
I've been trolling through the comments looking for the catch (there's always a catch)—coudn't figure out if it was the stickers, the ink... looks like there's a distinct possibility of d) all of the above.

Compared to $200+ with brother, im sure this is sufficient for most people
I would beg to differ , if you do any kind of volume I wouldn't put up with the shortcomings of these cheap printers. Much less frustration with a brother / zebra and more support,

Too much Chinese junk and too many sellers pushing cheap, low-quality products. It feels like Slickdeals has been taken over by sellers promoting nothing but garbage products and fake comments.
Slickdeals is owned by private equity, so this has more or less always been the case—the main thing that changed is our markets becoming Amazon-ified, which ha resulted in every e-commerce site becoming a race to the bottom.

The prices we pay for a lot of this Chinese shit are literally insane, and at this point it's just a surcharge to subsidize returns & exchanges. We're paying anywhere from 5x-50x what we should be paying just to avoid becoming experts in Chinese manufacturing.
