FYI this game can only be played once, since you rip and fold the pieces. It's an escape room game and there are 25+ other games in the Exit series, each with a different theme, of which this one the theme is Catan. Normally sells for ~$15. I've never played but they have decent reviews.

Been playing catan with my 10yr old and he loves it. Ive played other exit games and enjoyed them. Figured try this with him, may need to allow some house rules to allow us to progress since some of thr puzzles can be a bit more difficult than what a 10 yr old may be able for.

While games like Catan could probably be played single player (one person takes each turn separately), I think most games that involve bluffing or keeping secrets would be really hard to do single player. (e.g. CodeNames, HeadBanz, Mafia/werewolf, etc).

Hey, I didn't say all games would be FUN that way...might work better if you have short-term memory and/or multiple personalities...get them all involved!
